Warranty

Each pair of our shoes comes with a 30-day warranty. The proof of warranty is the sales receipt, which must be kept for the entire warranty period.

The warranty period for wearing (using) shoes and accessories begins from the date of purchase or the start of the respective season:

  • Winter season: November 15 to March 15;
  • Summer season: May 15 to September 15;
  • Spring-Autumn season: March 15 to May 15 and September 15 to November 15.

The warranty period is the time during which the seller is responsible for replacing or repairing the product in case of significant defects caused by manufacturing faults.
If any defects are found during the warranty period, you must send an email with photo evidence of the defect to:

What is not covered by the warranty:

  • Worn-out shoes or defects caused by use in inappropriate conditions;
  • Shoes with mechanical damage (cuts, scratches);
  • Shoes deformed due to improper care (drying, exposure to chemicals);
  • Creases in leather in areas of maximum flexion that occur as the shoes mold to the foot during wear are not considered manufacturing defects;
  • The warranty does not cover insoles, heel pads, protective soles, decorative elements;
  • Uneven coloration or texture of leather is not considered a defect;
  • Shoes that have been repaired by the customer.
