You can always exchange or return a product within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."

Exchange and return are possible if the product:

• retains its original appearance;
• has factory labels attached;
• is in its original packaging;
• is accompanied by proof of purchase;
• includes a receipt confirming the purchase.

When trying on shoes, it is necessary to do so on a clean surface: the sole must remain undamaged after fitting. Shoes with signs of wear are not eligible for return. The product must be returned with its original packaging.

Please note that if returning the product via "Nova Poshta," shipping within Ukraine takes 1-3 days.
Exchange and return shipping costs are covered by the buyer according to the courier service's rates.

**How quickly will a refund be processed?**
Refunds are issued after the product has been received and inspected. The time it takes for the funds to be credited to the recipient's card depends on the internal regulations of the recipient's bank and usually ranges from 1 to 7 business days. Please keep the shipping receipt until the refund is processed.
